Aspect Finance was set up in August 2004 by Neal Thomas. Neal had worked at Hays, Joslin Rowe and TMP Worldwide and wanted to set up an agency that really believed in long term relationships with candidates and clients. Sometimes the larger agencies can forget how important clients and candidates are to their business, and due to the volumes they encounter, the service they provide can be impersonal and of poor quality.

The Aspect Team
Our team is made up of experienced consultants who really understand their market and can act as true consultants. They have experience from companies such as Badenoch & Clark, Morgan McKinley, Hudson, Reed and FSS to name a few. All of our consultants joined Aspect in order to provide the best possible service to candidates and clients, believing that a smaller company can provide that personal service that a larger agency cannot.
