Our candidates come from several different sources:

·         Referrals – this source accounts for approx 35% of our candidates. This reflects the excellent service we provide and it benefit our clients because most of our referrals come to us on a sole agency basis so they won’t be looking for roles through any other agency.

·         Our database – this is being constantly updated with new candidates as well as candidates we have dealt with in the past who have started looking again.

·         Websites – we place daily advertisements on several websites to make sure we are always attracting candidates who are actively looking.
